  1. Mr. LONG Khet has founded Youth for Peace in 1999 and has more than a decade of practical experience in peacebuilding work. He holds a Master in Applied Conflict Transformation from Pannasastra University, Center for Peace and Conflict Studies (CPCS). His research interests center on the legacy of memory and post‐conflict recovery as well as ASEAN integration.
  2. Ms. Sayana SER had been with Phare Ponleu Selpak as program, media and marketing communication manager. She was a Research Associate for the project of Changing The Story led by University of Leeds and Bath university to support the building of inclusive civil societies with, and for, young people in 5 post-conflict countries; a collaborative project between universities, INGOs, artists, grassroots civil society organisations and young people across the world. In Addition, Sayana was with Extraordinary Chamber in The Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) or the Khmer Rouge Tribunal (KRT) for a year as a consultant of witnesses and experts. Before ECCC, she was with ELKEN International, as senior executive and manager, Training & Development from 2013 to 2016. Ms. Ser also works on Genocide Memorial and Cham Community Culture Preservation and Development Projects and assists the editing, rehearsal, production and organization of local and provincial tours of plays such as Searching for the Truth, Breaking the Silence, Unspoken Words, and Lost Loves. In 2007, she interned at the Department of Conscience at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and at Voice of America Radio in Washington D.C., USA. She graduated from the National University of Management with a B.A. in accounting and finance and an M.Sc. in leisure, tourism, and environment from Wageningen University, the Netherlands. She translated “The Diary of a Young Girl Anne Frank”, is a book of the writings from the Dutch language diary kept by Anne Frank while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. The diary has since been published in more than 60 languages.
